Orders & Shipping
Within India, orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and delivered in 4–7 working days to most cities. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout for select pincodes. International orders take 7–14 business days.
Yes — we offer free shipping on domestic orders above ₹3,000. For domestic orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking link. You can also visit My Account → Orders to view live status.
Yes — we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs duty and import taxes (if any) are the recipient's responsibility per destination country rules.

Each saree is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, placed inside our signature ARRS Silks gift box and sealed with a gold ribbon — gift-ready as-is. Heavy zari pieces also include a muslin cloth for travel.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, yes — message us on WhatsApp +91 96554 50999 with your order number and the new address. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse the address cannot be changed.
Most of our courier partners deliver Monday–Saturday. Sunday and public-holiday delivery depends on your courier partner; the tracking page will reflect the next attempted delivery date.
Products & Silk Quality
Every GI-tagged Kanjivaram from ARRS Silks ships with an official GI hologram tag and a certificate of authenticity. The QR code printed on the tag links to the registry — scan it any time to verify the saree is genuinely woven by certified Kanchipuram weavers.
The Silk Mark is the assurance mark issued by India's Central Silk Board. It guarantees that a saree is made of 100% pure natural silk — no synthetic blending, no art-silk substitution. Every Silk Mark piece is independently lab-tested.
We photograph every saree under calibrated studio lighting and natural light. Slight tonal variation across screens (phone vs laptop, OLED vs LCD) is normal. If you want to see a specific saree under your home lighting, book a free WhatsApp video call.
Pure silk is woven entirely from natural mulberry silk fibres — it has a distinctive lustre, rustle and weight. Blended/semi silk mixes silk with cotton or synthetic yarn for a lighter, more affordable drape. Every product page clearly labels the composition.
Absolutely. Our range starts under ₹1,000 for everyday silks and goes up to ₹2,00,000+ for premium bridal Kanjivarams. Use the Shop by Price filters to find your range.
Authentic gold zari (used in our pure Kanjivarams) is treated against tarnish and lasts decades when stored correctly. Our care guide explains how to wrap, fold and store zari sarees so the metallic threads stay bright.
Returns & Exchange
We offer returns & exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days along with a complete unboxing video for verification to be eligible for returns. For preference-based exchanges (such as color or design), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer refunds. We facilitate exchanges only, under the conditions listed in our Exchange Policy.
Email onlineadmin@arrssilks.com with photos of the damaged product (with tags) within 48 hours, or WhatsApp us at +91 96554 50999. We'll arrange a free pickup and ship the replacement at our cost.
An exchange can be done once per piece, within 3 days of receiving the original package.
Sarees sold as a pack (combo / bundle) cannot be exchanged as individual items. The whole pack must be returned together for the exchange to be eligible.
Saree Care
Pure silk sarees should be dry-cleaned only. Never machine wash and avoid harsh detergents. If hand-washing is unavoidable, use cold water with a mild silk-friendly detergent and handle gently — never wring.
Fold the saree along the natural pleat lines and store inside a clean muslin or cotton cloth in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid plastic — it traps moisture and damages silk.
Use the lowest heat setting and iron inside-out, with a thin cotton cloth placed between the iron and the silk. Never apply direct heat to zari work.
Wrap zari sarees in acid-free tissue paper before storing. Keep them away from perfume, deodorant and chemical sprays — these tarnish gold zari over time. Air the saree once every few months to prevent musty smells.
Loose ends and tiny knots are a natural feature of handloom weaving — proof the piece is genuinely handwoven, not machine-made. Trim any loose ends with a small scissor; do not pull, as that can unravel the weave.

Payments
All major credit/debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, EMI options, and Cash on Delivery for select pincodes. International orders accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Yes. All payments go through Razorpay, secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and fully PCI-DSS compliant. We never store card details on our servers.
COD is available across most pincodes in India. Note that COD orders may take slightly longer for dispatch and delivery due to additional verification by the courier partner. Prepaid orders are processed on priority.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you save addresses, view your order history, manage your wishlist and earn loyalty rewards on future purchases.
Sign in and visit My Account → Orders to see every order you've placed, with live tracking links and downloadable invoices.
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send a reset link within a couple of minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive — it almost always lands there at first.
