Returns & Exchange Policy

At ARRS Silks, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been shipped by us.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect/damage clearly visible is mandatory.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video or after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Once the issue is verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for reasons such as dislike of the color, design, fit, or personal preference, exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

Exchange conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

In such cases:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

  • Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any re-shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

  • After the returned product passes our quality inspection, a gift coupon/store credit equivalent to the eligible value will be issued for use on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Products reported after the 3-day return/exchange window.

  • Products where a valid unboxing video is not available for damage or defect claims.

Refund Policy

ARRS Silks does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

For approved exchange requests, eligible customers will receive a gift coupon/store credit as applicable.
