Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹3,000.

A shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied to domestic orders below ₹3,000 and will be calculated at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all serviceable pincodes within India.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for most locations. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier accessibility.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or any other local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to ARRS Silks and may be collected directly by the courier company or customs authorities before delivery.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations of their destination country.
Remote Area Surcharge (International Orders)
Some international destinations may be classified by the courier carrier as Remote Areas.
If a Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) applies, we will notify you before shipping your order. The surcharge must be paid before dispatch. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days of notification, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status at any time until delivery.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and email address provided are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment.
Repeated delivery failures due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to accept the shipment may result in additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Fair Usage Policy
To maintain efficient service for all customers, ARRS Silks reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) or other promotional shipping benefits for customers with a history of:
